Join me on your yoga journey. Learn to calm your mind, feel less stressed and more focused on your goals. Gain confidence, strength, flexibility, and an overall awareness of the mind, body, spirit connection. Learn to be curious and compassionate, and to be gentle to yourself. Have some fun and maybe even do a hand stand or two!

I am a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT®), primarily teaching at Mesa Community College, in Mesa Arizona. I also teach seasonally at Val Vista Village Resort Community, also in Mesa, and I do occasional workshops. I have been immersed in yoga since 2001, learning to follow the alignment principles of Anusara ® yoga, paying close attention to alignment of the body, careful sequencing of poses, and breath awareness. I am also a student of ParaYoga®, currently studying Master Immersions with Mary Bruce working toward my 500-hour RYT.

The practice of yoga leads us to be more positive, compassionate human beings. We learn to be centered and calm even when faced with challenges and distraction. I have been deeply enriched with my discovery of yoga, and love to share my enthusiasm through teaching and learning.
