Listen to the whispers of your heart

A two-hour workshop, Saturday, February 13, at Val Vista Village, 3811 E University Dr, Mesa, AZ 85205, from 10AM until noon. As a prelude to Valentine's Day we will practice backbends and lateral poses to open the heart chakra and reveal the light within. I have planned a feast for all senses, a deep savasana and ample time for meditation. Your cost is $20. Please let me know via email if you plan to attend so I will have enough "feast" for everyone.
