Yoga Mentoring
Are you a new yoga teacher and need a little guidance to begin your new career? Or, are you a yoga practitioner in need of some further guidance? I can help you with either or both!
Don't get lost in the vast ocean of yoga, let me help you find your way. I can provide you with a more detailed and personal yoga program. Whether you are self-motivated, need accountability or maybe an external eye and ear to guide you on your mat, I am here for you.
As a mentor to new yoga teachers I will provide you instruction on how to network with studios where you would like to teach, build your student base, and help you with marketing (website, e-newsletters, Facebook and Instagram posting). I am also here to assist you in classroom management, class sequencing, teaching with myth/story/theme, and establishing your unique voice.
Initial Consultation: $200
We will meet for an over via phone to discuss your goals and needs and to establish expectations. I will work up a personalized plan for you based on our conversation with action plan steps and goals.
Followup one hour meetings $65
Follow up meetings via phone or in person will give us the opportunity to work through any challenges you may be experiencing and to assist you in staying on point with your personalized plan.
By E-Mail: $15 per each 15 minutes
Time spent reading, answering and writing you in regard to your action plan and followup steps.
