MESA COMMUNITY COLLEGE SPRING SEMESTER, JANUARY 2024.
This class is an introduction to the art and science of yoga while exploring the history and philosophy of this ancient practice. We will study terms, concepts, issues, trends and health benefits of yoga and examine teaching yoga as a career. The class is a two credit class at Mesa Community College and is online with recorded yoga practices offered to you in the comfort of your own home.

I am delighted to share some incredible news with you! My very own Yin Yoga classes are making their way to the City of Scottsdale's Community Services Department, and I couldn't be more thrilled. The City of Scottsdale has just granted me the opportunity to bring the restorative and rejuvenating practice of Yin Yoga right to your screens via Zoom, starting in January on Saturday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. Registration is open to everyone! City of Scottsdale residents receive a discount. |
